Development of a comprehensive Traditional Medicine National Policy has been recognized as a main activity in WHO Collaborative Traditional Medicine Plan in Sri Lanka 2022-2030. To draft the policy, Dr Sepalika Sudasinghe is appointed as the Chairperson of the Policy Drafting Committee by the State Minister of Indigenous Medicine Sri Lanka. She was also the appointed Consultant to draft the Food Security Policy for Sri Lanka by the former Minister of Trade.
