Technology and Innovation Support Centre (TISC) was established at NSF in 2015 due to a MoU between National Intellectual Property Office (NIPO) and the NSF. This centre was established with a view to providing innovators with access to high quality technology information and related services, to create, protect and manage their intellectual property (IP) rights to commercially exploit IP.

Facilities provided by the TISC Center;

• Awareness building on IP
• Consulting in drafting and filing patent applications
• Providing access to patent information
